Not Included:
USAV Membership ($45/$50); Referee/Scorekeeping certification (2 year certification);
additional items such as player/team warm ups, spirit wear, shoes. Player hotels for ANY TOURNAMENTS or
flights to and from tournaments or regular travel expenses.
**NOTE: If gym space is available, national teams will have to attend a mandatory specialty clinic weekly. TBD
