San Antonio Lightning Volleyball Club offers a competitive and fun volleyball league for participants to develop and maintain skills, get ready for club and school tryouts and make new friends.
This Summer girls that are between 6 and 18 years old have the opportunity to participate in our On Fire Summer League.
Everyone will receive a schedule with their specific practice day and times along with a schedule of all games once all teams have registered or 1 week before play starts. If all slots are filled early, information will come out early.

ONLINE REGISTRATION BEGINS ON MARCH 1, 2023. LIMITED SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE. 1st to REGISTER GET IN. MINIMUM 10 PLAYERS PER TEAM. SPOTS WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT FULL TEAM REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS SUBMITTED. WE CAN ACCEPT 17 TEAMS TOTAL PER GAME NIGHT.
FRIDAY NIGHTS ARE RESERVED FOR HIGH SCHOOL AGE GAMES STARTING JUNE 16.ALL OTHER AGE GROUPS WILL PLAY ON THURSDAY NIGHTS STARTING JUNE 15.League officially starts the week of June 12 and ends with playoffs on July 27 (Thurs teams) and July 28 (Fri teams).
WHERE: Games will be held at St. George Maronite GYM (SGM), 6070 Babcock Rd., 78240.
WHO: Girls ages between 6 and 18
COST: $200 (Includes practice using our facility, game tee, 2 matches per specific game night, playoffs, admin & gym fees, refs & other personnel)

When league starts there will be a spectator fee: $3 for 16yrs and up; $2 for 5yrs to 15yrs; Kids under 5 free
DIVISION: League Director can move teams and/or players up or down a division at her discretion based on skill level and ability to compete in said division.
PLATINUM---------------3+ yrs. Club (Grades 9 and up) Advanced
GOLD----------------------2+ yrs. Club + Middle School (Grades 7-8) High Intermediate
SILVER--------------------1+ yrs. Club and/or Middle School (Grades 6-7) Low Intermediate
BRONZE------------------ 0-1 yr. Club and/or YMCA, CYO, NYS (Grades 3-6) Novice
** WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO REGISTER WITH A TEAM AND BRING THEIR OWN COACH TO ENSURE SATISFIED PLACEMENT. **
We will take the week of July 4-8 off. There will be NO PRACTICES OR GAMES this week. Practices and games will resume the following week.
** Limited practice spots are available at our facility. Practices offered are 1 hour per team using our facility per week. Practice days are Mondays, Tuesdays, OR Wednesdays. Practice times are 5p-6p and 6p-7p. **
If we need Wednesday's to hold games then practice days will be Monday's OR Tuesday's ONLY. Whether we need to use Wednesday's for games will depend on the number of teams that register for the league

** COVID SPECIFIC RULES WILL BE POSTED AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE START OF LEAGUE. We will follow CDC and Bexar County guidelines and implement suggested protocol. **
We will do whatever we can to make sure our participants, spectators and staff are safe.
