On Fire Summer Registration 2019


ATTENTION: There are TWO separate actions to complete before your player is considered registered. FIRST is PLAYER REGISTRATION. Remember to SUBMIT player registration BEFORE moving on to the SECOND action which is the payment. Then after filling out payment info you will submit that. Completing only one action WILL NOT register your player. We will receive a notification of registration automatically and then a separate notification for receipt of payment.   If you have any questions please email us at onfiresummerleague@gmail.com.

Any registration form received without submission of payment directly following the registration form submission will NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The next step is to cover the Registration Fee for your player.

Payment must be presented with the registration form. Spots cannot be held until payment has been received along with registration form.

Payments can be made online using the payment button in the side of this form.
